Dear Customers of CBN Building Maintenance

CBN Building Maintenance has been in good standing with Farmers Insurance since 1988. We have had a good working relationship and CBN prides itself on its low claims history. CBN has not had a liability claim in thirteen years with Farmers Insurance. It's current limits of liability are $2,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.

The following are a few of the coverages the policy contains. In comparing the types of protection offered by a prospective contractor's insurance, I suggest that you review the following areas:

• Premises Operations is the coverage of all sums, up to policy limits, which CBN shall become legally obligated to pay as the result of bodily injury or property damage caused by an occurrence and arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of premises and the operations of CBN in progress.
• Completed Operations provides liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising out of products sold or distributed by CBN or out of operations performed for someone else after the operations have been completed.
• Employees as Additional Insureds expands the liability for the employee, in the same manner as the insured, while he is acting in the scope of the business.
• Contractual Liability provides coverage for CBN which under contract or agreement holds someone else harmless and agrees to indemnify him for any liability imposed.
• Hired and Non-Owned Auto coverage pays for bodily injury or property damage claims arising out of the operation of a vehicle not owned or hired by CBN for business purposes.
• Personal and Advertising Injury Liability coverage will pay on behalf of CBN, those claims which CBN becomes legally obligated as a result of any of the following offenses committed in the conduct of CBN's business:
• Personal Injury:
  1. False Arrest, Detention or Imprisonment, or Malicious Prosecution
  2. Libel, Slander, Defamation or Violation of Right of Privacy
  3. Wrongful Entry or Eviction of Other, Invasion of Right of Privacy
