CBN cleans ‘most any size office on a schedule to suit your needs.

Custodial services, provided from one to seven nights per week, to offices, commercial, industrial, warehouses, manufacturing, factories, multi-tenant buildings, small buildings, large buildings, bio-tech, medical, clinics, doctor’s offices, dental, schools, churches, malls, dealerships, legal, law offices, attorney’s offices, and accountants.

Our typical monthly full-service package includes

Routine Cleaning (each night facility is cleaned):

Office areas, lobbies, hallways:

Trash:

Empty wastebaskets into customer-designated trash bins; reline wastebaskets as necessary. Empty recycle baskets if specified. CBN supplies liners.

Carpet:

Using backpack HEPA vacuum with 0.3 micron filter to contain fine dust, vacuum traffic areas and visible soiled areas; vacuum wall to wall (corners, edges, under chairs and desks) as needed. Deep vacuum entry mats and areas adjacent to entries to remove tracked-in sand and gravel. Spot clean as possible.

Tiled floors:

Vacuum with HEPA vacuum equipped with a “Hard floor attachment”. Damp mop as needed, with microfiber damp mop.

Dust:

Dust (using micro-fiber cloths) Horizontal surfaces of furniture and equipment; remove smudges and coffee rings. Weekly or as needed: dust vertical surfaces, legs, etc. of furniture and equipment, as well as blinds, sills, door frames, baseboards, moldings, vents, light fixtures, picture frames, wall fixtures, ceiling fans, and underneath phones, file trays, etc. Paperwork will not be moved; electronic equipment will not be touched with damp cloths. Spot clean surfaces. Remove visible spider webs.

Touch points:

Spot clean and disinfect using S. C. Johnson hydrogen peroxide based sanitizer (doors, door frames, handles, counters, rails, elevator buttons, light switches and adjacent walls).

Glass doors and interior glass:

Spot clean and disinfect to remove prints, soil, and smudges.

Fountains and water coolers:

Clean and disinfect; polish metal.

Telephones:

Dust; wipe and disinfect handsets weekly.

Ashtrays:

Empty, wash and wipe; clean sand urns.

Restrooms and locker rooms (Control appearance and sanitation):

Fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, showers, counters):

Clean; disinfect with S.C. Johnson Virex II™ germicide.

Mirrors and bright metal:

Clean and polish.

Floors:

Vacuum; fully damp mop and disinfect with microfiber damp mop using S.C. Johnson Virex II™ germicide.

Walls, partitions, and dispensers:

Dust, clean, and disinfect. Remove graffiti as possible.

Dispensers:

Fill with stock from customer’s supply.

Lunchrooms, breakrooms and kitchens:

Above specifications as applicable.

Clean and disinfect counters, sinks, and tables.

Clean and disinfect exteriors of microwaves, ovens, refrigerators.

Spot clean and disinfect walls, as possible, around counters, sinks, trash receptacles, and dispensers.

Exterior:

Spot clean and disinfect entry door glass (both sides) and push bars.

Control dust and webs adjacent to entry.

Sweep walks adjacent to entry weekly to control tracked-in dirt.

Periodic Services (per agreed upon schedule):

Tiled (resilient) floors - Finishing and related services:

Burnish:

Ultra high-speed buff (polish) previously laid floor finish with a 2000-rpm machine.

Scrub and recoat:

Thorough cleaning of existing floor finish and application of non-skid finish.

Strip and re-finish:

Removal of floor finish through chemical action and physical agitation, followed by application of non-skid finish.

Carpet cleaning:

Carpets cleaned by low-moisture encapsulation, hot water extraction or rotary shampoo as appropriate. Wall-to-wall cleaning includes the moving of light furniture (not desks, filing cabinets, etc.).

Traffic area cleaning involves all entries, break rooms, hallways, and open areas of offices.

Ceramic, stone and concrete floors:

Machine scrub flooring and grout, followed by extraction to remove soil and residue.

Window Washing:

Wash exterior windows; inspect & wash interior windows as needed, ground floor up to midrise.

General:

All chemicals and mop bucket contents will be disposed of into a sink or toilet (closed sewage receptacle); CBN will NEVER dispose of chemicals or contents of mop buckets by pouring into planters, storm drains, on drives, etc.

Leave office & furniture in orderly and secure condition.

Submit a report of unusual or suspicious activities, property damage or malfunction, doors and windows found unlocked, etc. whenever noticed.
