In addition to our scheduled janitorial visits, with emphasis on health, safety and security , our full-service package includes:

• Regular burnishing of resilient tile floors; scrubbing and refinishing as needed.
• Regular machine scrubbing of ceramic floors to clean grout and remove hard water deposits.
• Wood floor maintenance compatible with the type floor and its existing finish.
• Periodic carpet cleaning - bonnet, rotary shampoo or hot water extraction as appropriate.
• Carpet protectant applied with each cleaning.
• Periodic window washing.
• Our floor and window work is assigned and verified using a contractor's database. We maintain a record of all jobs, including date assigned and completed, plus quality control commentary.
